Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before accessing or using the ho777 platform. By registering an account or using any part of this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
Section 01
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ho777 ("ho777", "Platform", "Operator", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ho777 online gaming platform accessible at ho777.cam and any associated mobile applications, content, features and services (collectively, the "Platform").
ho777 is an English-language online gaming platform operated for the Pakistan market. The Platform offers live casino tables, sports betting, cricket markets, slots, instant games and related entertainment services displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Section 02
In these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

| "Restricted Jurisdiction" | Any country, territory or jurisdiction where access to or use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law. |
| "Wagering Requirement" | The total volume of eligible bets a Player must place before Bonus Funds or associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable Real Money. |
| "We / Us / Our" | ho777, the operator of the Platform. |
| "You / Player / User" | Any individual who accesses, registers on or uses the Platform. |
Section 03
To register and maintain an Account on ho777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
Age Verification. ho777 actively enforces its minimum age requirement. We reserve the right to request KYC documentation — including a valid Pakistani CNIC or passport — at any time to verify your age and identity. Any winnings generated by an underage player will be voided and the account closed.
Section 04
To open an Account, you must complete the registration form on the Platform, providing at minimum a valid username, password, email address and any other information specified as mandatory. You agree that all information submitted during registration is accurate, current and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. ho777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. ho777 may require you to complete identity and address verification at any stage — particularly before processing withdrawals above defined thresholds. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (both sides), a valid passport, and proof of address where required. Documents must be submitted only through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal. You must never alter, obscure or falsify documents submitted for KYC purposes — doing so constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure and potential referral to relevant authorities.
Accounts on ho777 display balances in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform displays PKR figures as a convenience for Pakistani players. ho777 does not guarantee any specific currency conversion rates where applicable.
Section 05
The Platform is made available for your personal, non-commercial entertainment only. You may access and use the Platform solely in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
You are responsible for ensuring your device, network connection and software are compatible with the Platform. ho777 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance at any time and will attempt to provide reasonable advance notice where possible.
You must not use any software, bot, script, automated tool, artificial intelligence agent, exploit, cheat or any other device that interferes with the normal operation of the Platform or that provides any unfair advantage. Such use constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You acknowledge that online gaming may be restricted or prohibited in your jurisdiction. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that doing so is lawful under the laws applicable to you. ho777 does not provide legal advice and accepts no liability for your failure to comply with your local laws.
Section 06
Deposits must be made using payment methods accepted on the Platform at the time of the transaction. ho777 references familiar Pakistani payment names — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah — and cryptocurrency options including BTC and USDT as contextual references. Payment provider names are listed as context only; no endorsement or gambling support by those providers is implied or claimed.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the Platform's cashier section. These limits may change without prior notice. Deposits must originate from payment sources in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.
Withdrawal requests will be processed subject to: (a) successful completion of any applicable KYC requirements; (b) the absence of any pending bonus wagering requirements on your Account; and (c) verification that funds were obtained through legitimate play. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible.
Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are published within the Platform's cashier section. ho777 does not guarantee processing within any specific timeframe but will endeavour to process requests promptly. Requests pending KYC review may be held until verification is completed.
An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. ho777 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy maintenance fee to dormant accounts after providing reasonable notice to the registered email address. The applicable fee schedule is published in the Platform's cashier section.
Section 07
All bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers and promotional rewards offered on ho777 are subject to their respective promotional terms and conditions, which are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between specific promotional terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible game categories, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses) and time limits are specified in the individual promotion terms. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — specific contribution percentages are published within each promotion.
ho777 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; exploiting low-house-edge games to clear wagering requirements in a manner inconsistent with genuine play; and coordinating play across multiple accounts or with third parties to guarantee outcomes. Where bonus abuse is detected, ho777 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and to close the relevant accounts.
ho777 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to your Account prior to the modification, except where required to prevent ongoing abuse.
PKR Bonus Figures. Where bonus amounts are expressed in PKR — such as "PKR 2,000 birthday reward" or "PKR 1,000 referral credit" — these are illustrative figures from program descriptions and do not constitute guaranteed entitlements. Always review the current live promotion terms for the applicable amounts and conditions.
Section 08
All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the Platform's acceptance. ho777 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where: (a) a technical error has affected the offered odds; (b) the bet exceeds applicable stake limits; or (c) there are reasonable grounds to suspect match-fixing, manipulation or integrity violations related to the relevant event.
Sports betting markets — including cricket, football and UFC — are governed by the specific sports betting rules published on the Platform. In-play (live) betting markets are subject to additional conditions including bet confirmation delays. Pakistan cricket, PSL/T20 and ICC tournament references on ho777 are used as sports context only; ho777 has no official affiliation, partnership or endorsement from PCB, PSL, ICC or any team.
Casino games — including live dealer tables, slot games and instant win games — operate according to the rules published within each game interface. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages displayed on the Platform are theoretical values based on the game provider's published data. Actual individual session results will vary.
Where a bet is accepted at odds that are clearly and manifestly erroneous ("palpable error"), ho777 reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake to your Account balance, regardless of whether the bet has been settled. ho777 will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct palpable errors promptly.
Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform, it generally cannot be cancelled by the Player. Exceptions may apply to certain pre-match bet types within a defined cancellation window — where available, this option is presented in the Platform's bet management interface.
Section 09
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
Consequences of Prohibited Conduct. Violation of the above may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of Account balance and Bonus Funds, recovery of any winnings obtained through prohibited conduct, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable.
Section 10
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game mechanics and user interface design — is the property of ho777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from or otherwise exploit any Platform content without ho777's prior written consent.

Section 13
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Subject to the completion of any pending KYC requirements and the absence of open bets or active bonus wagering, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via a payment method consistent with our withdrawal procedures.
ho777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Bonus Funds and associated winnings may be forfeited where termination arises from breach of these Terms. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 9, 10, 11 and 14 — shall do so.
Section 14
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ho777 holds its operational license. This governing law clause does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your own jurisdiction.
ho777 does not claim that use of the Platform is lawful in Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction. You are responsible for determining the legality of online gaming in your location and for complying with applicable local law. This is not legal advice.
Section 15
ho777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to the registered address or through a prominent notice on the Platform before the changes take effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed in the page header of this document.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure prior to the amendment's effective date.
